I’ve always felt very touched every time I encounter a hobo with a dog. Especially cause the ones I’ve seen have dogs that look so much healthier and more cared for than their owners. It’s so touching that these people have barely enough money to feed themselves but yet they’ll take in a friend and care for him. And it’s a testimony to the bond between the two when you know that these dogs would never leave their owner’s side, because their owners have more love to give them than most other pet owners.
